准备食材:

具体做法:

1.先把茄子洗净去皮,用刀斜切成菱形块装盘备用。

2.接下来切点需要的配菜,生姜切末、切点葱花、红辣椒切段,再切点蒜片,青辣椒切块装盘备用。

3.盆里加入普通面粉,面粉中再加入少量的淀粉进去,倒入适量的清水用筷子搅成面糊,一边倒一边搅,稀稠度要适中,像这样子就可以了。

4.把茄子倒进面糊搅拌,让每一块茄子都能均匀地裹上面糊。

5.锅里倒入适量的油,油温五成热的时候把茄子一块一块放进去,开始炸茄子,建议大家用平底锅,这样一次煎炸的量多,还能省油,炸的过程中要用筷子不停翻动,炸至茄子表面颜色金黄的时候控油捞出备用。
